Curso de Wushu

Wushu é uma forma de artes marciais chinesas contemporâneas, que combina elementos de desempenho e aplicação marcial, na qual podem existir vários estilos, um deles o Taiji Quan ou tai chi chuan. 

O treino de Wushu enfatiza a rapidez, a força e o movimento natural e relaxado. 
O praticante de Wushu deve combinar flexibilidade com força, velocidade com exigência técnica, intenção feroz com execução sem esforço.

O Wushu oferece ao ser humano mais do que habilidade para combate, oferece uma prática saudável trabalhando o desenvolvimento pessoal, com foco na disciplina, persistência e respeito, equilibrando corpo e mente.

O curso estará a decorrer entre os dias 23 de fevereiro e 24 de março, na Escola de Desportos de Combate e Luta do Estádio Universitário da ULisboa.

Mestre Wu Dong

Professor, Doctor of Education, Distinguished Teacher of Beijing Municipality, Deputy Director of Martial Art Department in Martial Art Institute of Beijing Sport University, National Referee, Talent of One Hundred Person Project of General Administration of Sport of China, Scholar Returned from Japan Sport University.
Professor Wu began the study of Martial Arts at the age of 6 with his father and concentrates on the studies of nearly twenty kinds of boxing, such as Chinese Shadow Boxing (Taijiquan), Form and Will Boxing (Xingyiquan), Eight-Diagram Fist/Palm (Baguaquan/zhang), Overturning Boxing (Fanziquan), Cut-Row-Circle boxing (Piguaquan), Through-the-Back Fist (Tongbeiquan), Poking Feet (Chuojiao) and Eight Extremities Fist (Bajiquan). He was the champion and silver medal winner in International Taichi Competitions. He claimed the title in Basic Teaching Skills Competition as well as Teaching Achievements Competition of BSU. He won the Awards of Best Teaching Demonstration and Awards of New Talent of Technology. He came to the second in Beijing Basic Teaching Skills Competition Group A and in Beijing Teaching Achievements Competition. His theses have won the first prize and multiple awards in Competitions of National and International Theses on Martial Arts. He made the keynote speech in 2015 International Sport Theses Reporting Conference with his paper the Unification of Single and Pair Exercise-Research on Competition Mode of Martial Arts Routines.
He initiated six major courses such as A Guide to Martial Arts Classical Works, Routines of Taichi and Methods of Fitness, and Practical Self Protection Practice of Traditional Martial Arts. He was also the principal lecturer of History and Culture of Martial Arts, one of the national high-quality curriculums. He has trained several Wu Ying athletes (the highest title addressing a Martial Arts athlete), national champions, a batch of first-class athletes and national and continental champions of Taijiquan and Southern Fist(Nan Quan) from Italy, Brazil Russia and many other countries. He has been giving lectures in many countries like America, Italy, Greece, Australia, Japan, France, Canada, Chile, Benin, Norway and so on.
He has accomplished 10 scientific research projects at provincial and ministerial level. There are 17 academic and report theses of him published on core journals, National Sports Science Conference and Martial Arts Paper Reporting Conference. The monographs and textbooks composed by him total 16 with more than 2.4 million characters. The instruction films with his meticulous composing, demonstration and expounding mount 50. He is the leading composer of two series of Martial Arts body building exercises. He was invited by media like CCTV 10, CCTV 12, BTV, Hunan TV as the honored guest to lecture on Martial Arts. He is reported by People's Daily and China Daily(English version). He is also the cardinal creator of Taiji Zen’s technical system of Jack Ma and Jet li.

Roupa desportiva e confortável (exemplo: calças de fato de treino e longsleeve), caso não tenha o fato específico para modalidade.

A pratica é realizada sem calçado, em piso de tatami.

É necessário o uso de chinelos para a circulação entre os tatamis e balneários.
